I'm still awaiting a reply from one and a sample e-book from another.
However your response was a revelation in customer service. Immediate replies - sometimes at 3 am, lots of useful advice, where to get additional resources such as templates. But most impressive was your web site and software: superbly professional - Activ E-Book was more than just a tool. It showed how to develop and sell e-books. The compiler has every feature you could want, and even more in the advanced features.
